Let us learn how to locate your device through the Jio Security App.
Follow the steps given to locate your device with the Jio Security App.
Step 1- Log on to https://mobilesecurity.norton/p/jiose... using your Jio ID and Mobile Number and Password. You can do this with any other Mobile, Laptop or Tablet.
Step 2- Tap on the Locate Now tab.
Step 3- You will be able to see your Phone Location on the Map.
You can also send an SMS from any other Phone to your Mobile
Steps for sending an SMS from any other Phone to your Phone number:
Step 1- Type in this format: Locate space your four digit passcode.

Within some time, an SMS will be sent to you with the Location of your Phone.
Step 2: Similarly, all other features like Lock, Scream, Wipe and Locate can be used through the same portal.
SMS Commands are also available for lock, scream and wiping the data.

Wipe ****
Step 3: Additionally, Login to MyJio using your Jio ID and Password.
Step 4: Tap on the side panel. Select Profile. Then tap on Locate My Phone.
Step 5: On your device, simply tap on Locate Now to get the Location of your lost Phone.
