Follow the steps given to unlock your phone with the Jio Security App.
Step 1- Go to the Homepage and tap on the Device Icon.
Step 2- Set up your Device Administrator by tapping on the Setup. Then select Activate.
Step 3- Tap on the Anti-theft and then turn ON the SIM Card Lock option. Here you can also turn ON the Security Wipe feature which will wipe your device after 10 Failed Unlock attempts.
Incase your phone is Lost or Stolen, your data such as your bank details, passwords, etc. will be automatically wiped out after 10 failed attempts. It will thus save your data from being misused.
Even if someone tries to change your SIM, the device will get automatically locked.
To Unlock your Phone:
1. Log on to https://mobilesecurity.norton/p/jiose...
2. Enter your Jio ID or Mobile Number and Password.
3. Tap on Device Model Number, you will see a Passcode and also the status of your phone.
4. Enter the Passcode on your phone for Unlocking the device.
5. If you tap on Lock Device, the device will get locked again.
So feel completely secured with Jio Security App.
