Follow the steps mentioned below to troubleshoot slow internet speeds on mobile
Step 1: Check whether you have active plan and high speed data balance in your account. To do so, open MyJio App and check the data balance and your renewal time on the home screen. If high speed data is consumed completely as per the plan, the internet speed will be reduced to 128kbps or 64kbps as per your plan.
To continue enjoying 4G speed you can recharge your mobile using the available data booster packs.
Step 2: Check whether you are experiencing slow browsing speed on a specific speed or app or on all websites and apps. If it is only on a specific website or app, then it can be related to that particular website or app itself.
Step 3: If you have another 4G compatible device insert your Jio SIM and try accessing internet from that device. If you are getting good speed on the other handset, then it is clear that the issue is with the handset. You can get your handset checked from the service center of your mobile phone manufacturer.
Step 4: If you have data balance, the issue is not with specific site or app and also not with the handset then try running a speed test. You can download the app Net Velocity from Play Store or App Store and run speed test to know your upload and download speeds.
